How to make Luscious Gulab Jamun:
Add 12-140 ml water to the contents of the pack and make a soft dough.
Make crack-free balls from the dough (you can apply ghee/oil on palm to avoid cracks) and fry them till they are golden brown.
Soak the fried balls into hot sugar syrup for 30-40 minutes.
Know how to prepare Sugar syrup –
Dissolve 750g Sugar and add 800 ml of water
Boil over medium flame for 8-10 min
Add a few strands of saffron and cardamom to the sugar syrup to enhance taste.
